President's Corner

On behalf of the Jefferson PTA Board, I would like to welcome back our returning Jefferson families and welcome in our new Jefferson families! It has been wonderful to meet so many new Jefferson families over the last few weeks at our summer Bunco and Kindergarten play dates. We are ready and excited for another great year! I would also like to take a moment to thank all of our PTA volunteers, board members, and committee chairs – our school community is lucky to have so much support from our wonderful Jefferson families.

Please continue to support our mission and join the PTA for the 2024-25 school year *link*. The PTA partners directly with our school administrators and teachers to support their needs, and we strive to create amazing experiences for our students and families. Our budgetary needs are covered by a combination of fundraisers and memberships. Membership in the PTA gives you the right to participate in, and vote at, our meetings, AND it is the only way you will have access to our school directory. We strongly encourage you to join the PTA!

In person PTA meetings will be held on the 2nd Tuesday of the month. During our PTA meetings, board members will provide updates on our various programs, fundraising, and events. Each month, we will also feature one of our grade level teachers, who will present on what their grade level teams have been working on throughout the year. Every parent is able and encouraged to attend each PTA meeting, but especially these grade level spotlights.

Meetings and Minutes

Generally, PTA meetings will be held on the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 7:30pm during the school year. All meeting will be held in the Maker Space at Jefferson.  Everyone is welcome and encouraged to attend!
