Dear parents,

I am super excited to introduce a new communication piece to you. We are using Seesaw!

Seesaw is a simple way for teachers and students to record and share what's happening in the classroom. Seesaw gives students a place to document their learning, be creative and learn how to use technology. Each student gets their own journal and will add things to it, like photos, videos, drawings, or notes.

Seesaw is student friendly and completely safe. Only approved family members and the teacher can see student posts. Everything your child posts has to be approved by the teacher.

Seesaw is available as an app for FREE! You can download it on your phone and receive updates from me, or your student during the school day.

I plan on using Seesaw to communicate all class information. There will no longer be a paper newsletter going home each week.

Your child's personal account information has been sent home. Included are directions on how to sign up. Once you have created an account I will approve you and you will be able to receive notifications and posts from your child. I will only approve parents, no other relatives please.

Thanks for your support at home!!!
