Fifth Grade Memory Book - It is hard to believe that our children are now in their final year at Jefferson! Time is flying fast and the 5th grade memory committee is looking forward to capturing our children’s Jefferson school memories in a beautiful keepsake book. If you are new to the school, it has been a 5th grade tradition to produce a memory book that highlights pictures from their years at Jefferson K-5.

WE NEED YOUR HELP collecting all pictures! Here is what we are asking of you:

  1. If you have not created a “Jefferson Class of 2025” Shutterfly account yet, please contact Stephanie Miller for assistance;
  2. Sign in to your Shutterfly account the and check to see if there are pictures of your child represented each year;
  3. Upload school pictures that you have taken to the shutterfly account. We are especially looking for group photos;
  4. If you have been a room parent, please take the time to upload pictures from events you have attended;
  5. To start creating the book, we will need to download all pictures from Shutterfly. Therefore, we are asking you to complete your picture download by November 17th
  6. We will need 5th grade pictures but these will be downloaded separately.

If you are interested in helping with this project, please contact Stephanie Drolett or Nicole Goodman

Also, please note that the Shutterfly website is private site and can only be accessed either by invite and/or password. If you have any concerns about your child being photographed for the memory book and/or included in the memory book, please contact Stephanie Drolett or Nicole Goodman by Nov. 17th and your child’s pictures will not be placed in the book. Thank you!
